HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Quilt Keeper uses a standard shopping cart procedure for online orders. Selecting a product for purchase places one of that product in your virtual shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, select your shopping cart and verify your selected products and quantities. Upon checkout, you will be able to arrange payment, gift wrap options, special mailing options and view other special offers. Should you have any difficulties with the shopping cart system, please send email to CustomerService@QuiltKeeper.com.
If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please call 406-863-2737 or 1-877-548-5537, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, MST, Monday through Saturday. If you reach us outside of our business hours, please leave a message and a Quilt Keeper representative will contact you as quickly as possible.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been received, packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes the tracking information necessary for tracking your package.
YOU DESIGN IT, SPECIAL INQUIRIES AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of the quilted products we feature on the Quilt Keeper website can be personalized. Quilt Keeper is also happy to accept requests for specially designed quilted products, all through our You Design It feature. We will do our very best to locate an artist or quilt maker to create something special just for you! Whether you need the finishing touches made on an heirloom quilt top, an anniversary quilt, a quilt made from carefully selected fabrics, a custom sized piece of clothing, or special decor to complete a baby’s nursery, Quilt Keeper can help!

GIFT CERTIFICATES
We recognize that there are many choices on the Quilt Keeper web site, and choosing just the right product as a gift can be difficult. Purchasing a Gift Certificate for a special someone is a perfect way to “shop together.” Gift Certificates can easily be used while shopping online, and each Gift Certificate includes a personalized letter enclosed in a special occasion card to be sent directly to the Quilt Keeper-to-be! To purchase a Gift Certificate, visit our Gift Certificate product page. Please note, we are unable to provide refunds for any unused portion of a Gift Certificate.
GIFT WRAPPING
Every product purchased from Quilt Keeper will be carefully packaged for long-term storage, and then boxed in an appropriate shipping container for mailing. If you would like to have one or more of your purchased products gift wrapped, please select the gift wrap option during checkout for each product.
CONTESTS, RAFFLES, AND SPECIAL FEATURES
Quilt Keeper is dedicated to offering you new products and services. From time to time, special features, such as contests, raffles and non-profit based fundraising events, will be used to introduce new artists, highlight special products or offer new services. Any unique Terms and Conditions applicable to these special events will be outlined on the page detailing the new offer.
RETURN POLICY
The products and services offered by Quilt Keeper are created by Textile Artists and Crafts People who have taken great care to product high-quality products, made of superior materials. These products are intended to be unique in construction, design, and execution. Please make your selections carefully before purchase.
Should there be an occasion when a product does not meet your needs or expectations, based on the product description, and you wish to return the product, you must notify Quilt Keeper within 30 days of purchase. This can be done via an email to CustomerService@QuiltKeeper.com. via mail to Quilt Keeper, ATTN: Customer Service, PO Box 5539, Whitefish, Montana 59937. Please include the product number, price, method of payment, and reason for your desire to return. A Quilt Keeper representative will contact you to discuss return arrangements.
Because products are unique and require special handling, all returns are subject to a fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. Return shipping charges may be paid by the customer or, if necessary, Quilt Keeper will make the return shipping arrangements and subtract the return shipping costs from the credit issued. A credit will be issued after the product has been inspected to determine that the product is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
CORPORATE PURCHASES
Quilt Keeper welcomes corporate purchases. In fact, a number of our quilted products have been designed specifically as décor for an office or corporate environment.
Corporate purchases may be handled through the normal shopping cart process, or you can issue a purchase order directly to Quilt Keeper. With a purchase order, you are encouraged to contact us directly to hold the product and arrange the purchase process. WALL HANGINGS
Most quilts can have a special “sleeve” added to the back of the quilt to accommodate hanging on a wall. Complete hanging instructions will be included and we are more than happy to help you arrange for the hanging. Should you also wish to have an artist profile included with your purchase; this can easily be arranged through an email request at the time of purchase. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
All products require special handling, packaging and shipping insurance. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
SHIPPING TIMES
For shipments within the Continental US, we use UPS Ground Service. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
For expedited shipments within the Continental US, we use UPS 2nd Day Air. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
For all shipments outside the Continental US, please send email to CustomerService@QuiltKeeper.com for cost and delivery time estimates to your shipping location.
Delivery times include Quilt Keeper fulfillment times, and are not guaranteed. You can track your shipment at any time by logging into your Quilt Keeper account and viewing your order history.

QUILT KEEPER ACCOUNT
Registration is required to place an order through the Quilt Keeper web site. Your account will be accessible only by the use of your email address and self-assigned password. If you forget this password, you may have it reset automatically by clicking “Forgot your password?” and filling out the required information. A new, randomly generated password will be emailed to you.
